How do I check on, edit or delete a post I submitted to a group?

Short answer
Open the group and find the section for your own content, where Facebook lists your pending, published and declined posts. From there you can open a post and use its menu to edit or delete it. Edit rather than delete when something needs fixing, because deleting and resubmitting sends the post back through review.
Menu names change between the app and desktop versions, but the path is similar:
- Open the group from your Groups tab or the group's page.
- Tap the button or tab for your content in that group, often labeled "You" or "Your content".
- Choose Pending, Published or Declined to see each post and its status.
- Use the three-dot menu on a post to edit or delete it.
Once a post is live, edit it to change the price, fix a mistake or mark the place as taken. In some groups, edits to an approved post go back to the moderators before they show. Do not turn a listing into a different listing, such as swapping in another room or another city, because moderators treat that as a way around review.
When the place is gone, update or remove the post so people stop messaging you. The posting a listing questions cover what to do with a filled listing.
