Can I list several rooms or units in one post?

Short answer
Yes, and it's usually better than several near-identical posts, which can be removed as duplicates. Give each room or unit its own line with price, size, bathroom setup and available date, and caption the photos so people know which room is which. Update the post as rooms fill so nobody asks about ones that are gone.
A clear format for a house with several rooms starts with what everyone shares, "3 ROOMS in a 5BR house, Midtown. Shared kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, backyard. Utilities about $70/month per person.", followed by one line per room:
- Room A: $850/month, 10x11, shared bathroom, available Aug 1.
- Room B: $950/month, 12x14, private bathroom, available Aug 1.
- Room C: $800/month, 9x10, shared bathroom, available Sept 1.
When a room is taken, edit its line to "Room B: TAKEN" rather than deleting it, so readers can see the post is current. Replies will often say only "is it still available?", so ask people to name the room they mean.
If you manage many units across buildings or post for a company, a single member post is the wrong tool. Property managers can post as a Verified Business or book a campaign across the groups instead.
