What does a Featured Post do?

Short answer
A Featured Post pins your listing at the top of a Housing Rocket group with a 'Featured' badge, so it's the first thing members see when they open the group. It costs $32.50 one-time. It suits listings that need wide attention, such as several rooms at once, a place that must be filled by a set date, or a very active group.
Most members scroll the newest posts and stop after a screen or two, so a normal listing sinks as new ones arrive. A pinned post stays in view for everyone who opens the group, including people who check only now and then.
When it makes sense, and when it doesn't:
- Worth it: a place you need to fill by a set date, a listing in a very busy group, or several units at once.
- Probably not needed: a well-priced room in a quieter group, which gets replies anyway.
- Not a fix for: a missing price, weak photos or above-market rent. More people seeing a weak post means more people skipping it.
