What is the difference between a city group and a college group?
A city group covers the whole metro area and is open to anyone: landlords listing apartments, leaseholders offering rooms and sublets, and renters searching. A college group covers one campus and is mostly rooms, sublets and roommates timed to the academic year.
Which city should I post in if my place is in a suburb?
The metro area it belongs to. Most city groups accept posts from the surrounding suburbs as long as the listing says where it is. Where a town has its own community group, post there as well.
